Sallie Mae's easy loan application and efficient OpenNet® loan delivery system, available at no charge, allow you to stay focused on counseling students and families.

When you want to develop customized reports, OpenNet allows online, anytime access to your school's education loan data. Thanks to the system's proactive monitoring of file transmissions, data are always accurate.

Dedicated school support

CollegeServ is a team of highly trained customer service representatives that is dedicated to helping schools manage the financial aid process.

CollegeServ handles inbound phone calls from any school customer that participates in the FFELP or uses Sallie Mae for private loans. The team is also proactive, making outreach calls to schools to ensure that the process is functioning smoothly.

Electronic services

Electronic Services provides technical support to our school, lender, and guarantor customers who use our electronic products or services. Our specialists use a call/problem management system to track your issues and maintain a detailed history of how we assisted you. Electronic Services is a great resource for your electronic file processing questions.

Enabling Borrower Account Management

With our online account management tool, Manage Your LoansSM, borrowers have around-the-clock, secure online access to their Sallie Mae serviced loans. Students can use Manage Your Loans to make loan payments any time or have instant access to their account information, including complete payment history.

At any point, they can easily update their student loan account information, including changes in address, email address, or telephone number.
